Green Apple Emerald
2 tbsp grated ginger
juice of a lemon
4 cups water
a little snow
2 tbsp jaggery
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp black rock salt
2 tsp cumin roasted powder
1/2 tsp dry mint leaves powder
How to make-
First, wash and cut an apple thoroughly. Be careful not to peel it.
Pressure cook the chopped green apples with 2 cups of water on high pressure for a minute.
Let the apples cool down a bit. After this, add grated ginger, lemon juice, jaggery or sugar and green mint leaves to it.
Blend everything together in a blender. After that sieve the mixture.
Add black rock salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder, salt and mint powder to it.
Add some cold water and ice to it. This will fix the consistency.
Garnish it with mint leaves and lemon slices.

3/4 cup black tea
1/4 cup apple juice

First of all prepare black tea and filter it and cool it.
Put black tea in a cup and add apple juice, crushed ice and apple slices to it.
Garnish it with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Apple Lemon Mint Fruit Cooler
600 ml apple juice
45 ml lemon juice
How to make-
In a blender, add apple juice, lemon juice and mint leaves and blend lightly.
Keep it in the fridge and let it cool.
Pour it in a glass and serve with crushed ice.
Now shake the jar of the mixture lightly and then pour it into the glass.
If desired, garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
