Balasan

Tadasana

  • Keep your hands over your ears and stretch it during this time.
  • Now, lift your heels and stand on your toes.

  • Stay in this position for a few moments and then come back to the normal position.
  • You repeat this asana 10-15 times.

  • First of all, lie down on your back on the yoga mat and keep a gap of one and a half feet between both the feet.
  • Now keep both your hands straight. During this the direction of the palm will be upwards. Also keep in mind that your head remains straight.
  • Now close your eyes and leave all the parts of the body loose.
  • Note that you do not have to move any part during the asana.
  • Now focus on your breath. Take a deep breath and relax your body as you exhale
  • Keep the eyes closed and try to see the light of a flame at the middle of the eyebrows.
  • Just like this, close your eyes for a while, take a deep breath and count the countdown.
